Corporate deck · 18 pages

Welcome page with a cut-out portrait and the mission and vision cards over a cream background — Light mode. The blurred red blobs are the brand's background throughout.

A compensation plan is about the most thankless thing there is to lay out: tables, percentages and requirements, and it usually ends up as a spreadsheet with a logo on top. Here every tier gets its own page, its own medal and its own figure, and the only thing repeated across all eighteen is the red.
